Mt. Washington 1 Billion Years ago…

I was messing around with photoshop last night, tweaking a panorama I had made last week. I was working on making one of the orb’s Greg posted up earlier this summer, but the half way result ended up more interesting than the final product.

    I bet it snowed more then too.
    Of course it could also have been in the middle of Pangea and covered with a rainforest and giant flying ants that would rule us today and make us toil in their salt caves.

    That is one hell of an autoroad. Looks like some of the road down in the Andes.

    Hmm… not quite. A billion years ago, there was no “there” there. Try 400 to 300 million.

    Cool looking image though. Reminds me of mountains in Peru.

    Oops, my bad. I see the GG now (thinking it was tux)
    Autoroad (also didn’t see the upper portion of the road)
